The place is good for family gatherings and also for barkadas who want to unwind from their work and hectic schedule and have fun for a very low price. .( this is not a commercial resort but a family owned rest house)
Amenities:
Use of our regular-size pool (not olympic size) 3 to 6 feet deep; & Resthouse which includes 1 bedroom & attic with aircondition & with beds good for 15pax (addl. mattresses, pillows, blankets,etc. upon request); living area with free use of videoke; dining area; kitchen equipped with ref, gas range, microwave oven, oven toaster, rice cooker,griller, hot and cold H20 dispenser & kitchen utensils (other utensils upon request); & 2 bathrooms with shower heater Plus free cable, table tennis & board games upon request
Off season: Overnight rates for 20pax are 6.3k 16hrs, 18hrs 6.7k, 24hrs 7.9k. Daytime rates between 7am to 7pm only for 20pax are 9hrs 4k and 12hrs 4.7k... 100pesos for every additional pax... Tnx
Peak season: Overnight rates for 15pax are 6.5k ...16hrs, 24hrs 8.1k. Daytime rates between 7am to 7pm only for 15pax are 9hrs 4.5k and 12hrs 5k... 100pesos for every additional pax

We will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property of any kind or for any bodily injury resulting from the use of these facilities.
Noise levels will be observed in the surrounding residential area and in compliance with noise rules and regulations.
Please minimize sound / music since neighbors around the subdivision may be sleeping. Because of the open design of the place, sound can travel a distance
After 12am, videoke and other disturbing sounds must be turned off.
Occupants will have to pay for the replacement or repair cost if any of the rental items is lost or damaged.
We reserves the right to take appropriate actions (including shortening the duration booked without refund of rental) against any occupant who infringes its Rules and regulation
