Ladies Dorm next to UNC Gate 1, Naga City

We are an experienced dorm that rents out rooms and bedspaces to students and working women. There is an in-house lady caretaker who maintains the place and keeps peace and order. Our typical room is about 3m x 2m, with a double deck bed, a closet, shelves, table and chair. There are bigger rooms which have 2 double deck beds for friends who wish to board together. There are several common crs and baths, a water tank to ensure adequate water supply and electric submeters for each room, free internet. Water is included in the rent. We require 1 month security deposit and 1 month advance rent to move-in.
Reserve early for June as rooms rent fast. We also accept students for summer.
