4. Knowledge in Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook 2003
5. Advance knowledge in computer troubleshooting
6. Dedicated
7. Must have experience in the following operations:

-Ghosting
-Backup
-Manual removal of unknown virus
-Router Configuration(wired/wifi)
-Crimping of UTP Cables

8. Knows how to use google resourcefully
9. Preferred but not required: has experience as Field Technician
