Our Rates : studio room at 8k per month w/own cr n a mini kitchen and solo room at 5.5k per month w/ a common kitchen and common cr. All rates are good for 2 pax and exclusive of utility bill. Term of payt is 1 month advance n 1 month security deposit. Additional 500php discount for 2 or more months stay
