Job Description:
Managing & maintaining of rental properties
Review & prepare contracts of lease
Prepare reports for management
Handle tenant concerns & maintaining good relationship with tenants
Marketing vacant units for rent to achieve 100% occupancy
Monitoring of receipts, property disbursement & Real Property taxes
Filling of reportorial requirements (BIR, SEC, Etc.)
Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirement:
Single; not more than 30 years old
Strong customer service orientation; Excellent communication skills
Knowledge in MS Word/Excel
Capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure
