If you have a property that you want to be leased and be managed professionally but with personal dedication, I am here for you. I work with a seasoned handyman and professional contractors alongside me for the professional maintenance of your properties. I personally oversee the properties that I manage and attend to renter's concerns.

As your property manager, apart from finding renters for you, I will personally address all your other property concerns such as realty tax, association dues and utility bill payments, fulfillment of your tenants' requests, physical maintenance of your property, and more.
